1. Close the lower master valve and bleed off pressure.
2. Remove tree above the lower master valve.
3. Install the "RH-3" hanger on the lower master valve.
4. Place the pack-off assembly in the tubinganger.
5. Rotate the lock pins inward until the lock pin bevels are entirely in contact with the top plate bevel.
DO NOT ENERGIZE THE PACK-OFF.
This is to prevent pressure from displacing the pack-off assembly when the master valve is opened.

6. Connect the access window to the tubing hanger.
7. Connect the Blowout Preventers.
8. Connect the Coiled Tubing Unit to the B.O.P. stack.
9. Connect the flow line to the tubing hanger side outlet.
10. Run the tubing slowly through the B.O.P. stack, access window, and pack-off assembly until the tubing reaches the lower master valve. Have the tubing sealed with an end plug.
11. Close access window.
12. Energize the stripper rubber at the top of the coiled tubing unit.
13. Open the lower master valve.
14. Run the tubing to the desired depth.
15. Rotate the lock pins clockwise 3/4 of a turn to energize the pack-off. NOTE: Additional clockwise rotation maybe necessary if annular seal is not achieved initially.
16. Tighten the packing gland nuts.
17. Bleed off pressure from B.O.P. stack.
18. Raise access window and clean bowl.
19. Secure slips around tubing and release slips into well bore.
20. Lower tubing into the well until the weight indicator reads "0"

21. Rough cut tubing a minimum of 6" above the tubinghanger top flange -remove access window, B.O.P. stack, and coiled tubing unit.
22. The final cut should be measured accurately. This procedure will assure that the wireline guide fits properly.

23. Install the tree over the coiled tubing hanger.
24. Displace the end plug from the coiled tubing.
25. Remove the lower master valve hand wheel.
